Behind a Fitness Shoot

People often picture fitness shoots as glamorous, but the truth is they're hard work, and that's exactly why I love them. Last week's session involved a lot of holding tension, resetting, and going again until we nailed the frame. By the end I was genuinely wrecked, but the images made every rep worth it. The best shots almost always cost you something.
